I’m thrilled to share that DuckAbroad officially hit the App Store this morning!
This journey started eight years ago with a little project called Duckwyn, inspired by my own family’s travels. I wanted to create something that would help families capture the joy of exploring the world together—and now, DuckAbroad, on the App Store, is the biggest leap forward yet.
Over the years, I’ve learned a lot and taken on new challenges to grow this idea. This app has been one of the most rewarding to build. It now features over 350 historical points of interest, each with collectible virtual stamps and stickers, plus the ability to track every country, U.S. state, and major city you visit.
Even more importantly, there’s a built-in travel journal to help you capture those little vacation moments before they fade. Trust me—writing down a few thoughts each day makes all the difference when you look back.
If you have a minute today, search for “DuckAbroad” in the App Store and download the app. Everyone who signs up now becomes a Founding Family—with free access for life. All I ask in return is your honest feedback to help make it better.
Thanks for supporting this dream.
Happy Travels,
Chris
